REFUNDS:

There will be no refunds.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the Conference is cancelled, only registration fees will be refunded, after deduction of expenses already incurred. 

PRIVACY POLICY

All personal data provided to the organizers of the 13th European Regional Congress of the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law – Lisbon 2020 for registration will be treated as confidential. The data shall only be used and stored for further processing and documentation purposes. The information will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose. Data shall be delivered to assigned service providers, as deemed necessary for the successful performance of the Congress. 13th European Regional Congress of the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law – Lisbon 2020 organizers will only disclose information to third parties if that is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose(s) identified above.

AUTHORIZATION TO PUBLISH PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND FULL PAPERS

Participants to the 13th European Regional Congress of the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law – Lisbon 2020 authorize publication of photographs and videos of themselves in groups taken by the Organizers, and of papers and abstracts, for the purposes of the Congress. As for the photographs and videos of speakers and participants individually it will be required their consent.
The participants authorize the Organizers to use the pictures and videos taken in groups in their own publications and for no other use, not even by third parties.
